Recycling leads from solar retailers to recyclers
Off the roof.
Into the right recycler.
Renewpin connects solar retailers with recyclers near the job. Send a lead for the old panels, inverters, batteries or hot water system; the recycler accepts it and has a local driver collect it, or picks it up themselves. Everyone follows it through to recycled.
- Quotes from local drivers
- Nothing booked until you accept
- Live tracking to drop-off
How it works
Three steps from job site to recycler
-
Send a lead
The retailer picks the job, the type of equipment and how many items. It's collected from the job's address.
-
Choose a recycler
See the recyclers near the job that accept that equipment, with distance, opening hours, rating and any drop-off fee, on a map. The lead goes to the one you choose.
-
The recycler arranges pickup
The recycler accepts the lead, then gets quotes from local drivers or books their own truck. Follow it on the map until it's recycled.

Why Renewpin
Recycling done properly, without the phone calls
No ringing around for a ute, no guessing which depot takes what. Retailers send the lead, recyclers take it from there, and everything is in one place, from the lead to the drop-off.
- Leads for recyclers
- Recyclers get leads from retailers' jobs nearby, accept the ones they can take, and choose a driver's quote or their own pickup.
- Your choice of recycler
- Only recyclers that accept the equipment are shown, with their opening hours and drop-off fees up front. A declined lead can go straight to another one.
- Track it live
- Retailer and recycler both follow it: accepted, pickup booked, collected, recycled. With a driver, it's on the map with an arrival time.
- A record for every job
- Every lead is kept against its job: what went, who took it, where it was dropped off and when. Retailers can earn for the leads they send.
FAQ
Questions
How much does a pickup cost?
When a recycler asks for driver quotes, drivers set their own price for the trip and the recycler sees every quote before booking. Recyclers that charge a drop-off fee per item show it when the retailer chooses them.
Can a retailer take a lead back?
Yes. A lead can be withdrawn, with a reason, until a driver is booked or the recycler has collected it. If a recycler declines a lead, the retailer can send it to another one.
Where is the equipment picked up from?
From the address of the job it came off. The retailer adds who to contact on site and notes, like where the items are stacked or how heavy they are, and confirms the site owner agreed.
How do I sign in?
With your email address. We send you a 6-digit code; there's no password to remember.
Got equipment to clear?
Send a lead in a couple of minutes, and a recycler near the job takes it from there.
